You may return or exchange your UNUSED and RE-SELLABLE wallet for any reason within 30 days of purchase. See the EXCHANGES AND RETURNS section below for the returns process.

We also guarantee our Big Skinnies for one year for materials and workmanship not including the rubber logo. Please include all your original online order information including: name, street and email address, and reason for return so we can continue to improve our products. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please return retail sales to the original store of purchase according to their return policies.

• If you are making an exchange, be sure to make note of the style and color you'd like to get as a replacement.
• Exchanges are subject to new shipping fees.
